A4 torque vs M6
Anyone know what the difference is in the A4 and M6 that increases the manuals torque? Is it just in the ECM's program or are there cam, etc changes? I'm talking about the 2004 motors BTW. Thanks :confused:

Torque Management on the A4 limits the torque to 300lbs. The motors are the same for the MN6 and the A4. The A4 is slightly more parasitic(requiring more to turn), this is true of all automatics.

Best solution is to have the car tuned with LS1 edit and have Torque Management turned off altogether.
