Default I recommend LG Long Tubes

I just had a set put on my A4 coupe. After Lou threw in a dyno tune it made 340rwhp and 359rwtq.

 Needless to say I am happy.

I am going to wait it out until the header wars drive the price down around $500 from everyone ripping out what they've got to put in the latest thing.
