I recommend LG Long Tubes
I just had a set put on my A4 coupe. After Lou threw in a dyno tune it made 340rwhp and 359rwtq.

I have a Blackwing, 160 t-stat, ported throtle body, Stingers and had an LS1 edit done a while ago.

I am going to wait it out until the header wars drive the price down around $500 from everyone ripping out what they've got to put in the latest thing. :rolleyes:

From what I have read the stock manifolds flow pretty well. I'm waiting as well. Probably gears & t/c first. :cheers:
