Experience with AP-Engineering
Just wanted to tell everyone on the forum about the recent great experience with APE.
Was having a little trouble with my car and took it to them for diagnosis and repair. Turned out to be a defective PCM. Chris, Brian, and the crew really went out of their way to take care of the whole matter and re-tune the car after the dealer installed the new PCM.
They worked their magic on the car and it's now running stronger than it ever has.
Next step, APE heads and cam package.
These guys really know their stuff and the customer service is absolutely the best.
Got a real kick out of the C5R conversion they are in the process of doing for another customer. From the mini-tubbed rearend to the engine block, this car is beautiful.

Very nice. I'm planning on going there next week to get my car dynoed after my Dynatechs are installed. I noticed in your sig that you have had your car dyno tuned. What hp gain did you get with the tuning?

Car originally dynoed 298 rwhp on the Mustang dyno (stock except for Stinger duals)
After LG headers and tune, it dynoed at 324 rwhp. Torque went up about the same amount as hp.
Looking for approx 400 rwhp with addition of heads and mild cam.
APE has some 6 liter heads which look pretty attractive to me. Nice prices too.
