The car made 640 RWHP and 650TQ with the 150 jets. N/A with 6 degrees of timing pulled and 4.10 gears it made 496RWHP n/a so with the timing put back in even with the gears it would make well over 500rwhp.. This is without a short belt, electric water pump, cutouts or race gas and tons of timing. No tricks...

I never made it there, after being up all night with Tom (fastrthanu) we were to tired to drive all the way from MI to IN.... I was also afraid of my clutch not sticking and wasting my time driving all the way there and then 14 1/2 HRs home.
I did stop at a track in rochester(N.Y. International Raceway Park) and found the clutch to slip really bad, so i was glad i didnt add the extra 8hrs to my drive home. Looks like its time for the street twin.... :p: That track was really nice for what its worth.

John's engine is based off our $10K package. He has absolute heads though, which flow just about the same as ours, within a few CFM. This is a very streetable package. If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask.

Jack, wish I was there to see the fun in Rochester. Can't wait to go for a ride in your car!! Better yet, can't wait to see the race between your car and Jason's (if it ever comes to life!). For now I'm stuck driving my lowly basically stock grocery getter. I think I'm gonna sell my ATV to pay for parts for the vette.... H/C and 4.10 gears, what do you think?

That ATV would have been in the Want Ad Digest the minute i got that car home... I have been waiting for you to make a move in the right direction. The intake and tune just wasnt enough was it

You're right, the intake and tune wasn't enough. I figure I can get just enough cash from selling the ATV to pay for a set of AFR heads and a G5X-3 cam, of course you and J. will have to help me install all that new hardware. You've got free time to hang out in the garage, right?? I almost lost a race to a WRX STI last week so it's time do something to the car.

I always got time when it comes to cars. There is no way you should lose to a wrx...Maybe as a driver you lost, as for the car it should win.. Order the parts, lets get the party started.
