I had protorque convertor installed together with 4.11 rear end on my A4. It was o.k. for two weeks, then, I got a problem. The car will go up to 40 mph, then after that, even though I rev, the only thing that moves up is RPM, not the speed. It seems that at 40 MPH the transmission kicks back to neutral on my A4. The car does not accelerate, but just reving the engine, when I step on the gas. It does not do that every time. Maybe once every ten times I drive. And I get the DIC code P0757 H C. Does anyone have any idea on the problem and the code. Thanks.

I have a code list, codes P07XX are trans related, but my list doesn't show a P0757, not sure why?? The first thing I would consider is low fluid as being the cause, if no one elses gives better advice, I would have that checked asap.
Re: Protorque Convertor & reving problem (love2dye4u)
I agree, servicing the tranny on a C5 is very tricky especially after a torque converter or transmission R+R, take it back to the shop that did your work and have them check the fluid level.
BTW the transmission needs to be between 86 - 122 degrees F or the level will be wrong, so make sure they let your car cool down for a while before they check it.

The PO757 code puts your trans. in 3rd gear and unlocks your TCC.That is the slipping you are feeling.I have got this code twice with my setup and so have a few other forum members.Check out this link for more details: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=847412
