How hard is it to put in HUD to a 99 vette that didn't come from the factory with it

it is a weekend project...not really hard at all once you get past the THOUGHTof taking the dash apart. you have to remove the console trim, knee pad, instrument cluster screws and sometime lower the steering column ( although I did not lower it ) there are instructions under the tools, c5 tech tips and also some vendors have good instructions that are for installing the gauge bezels...it is the same extent you have to do..only difference you need to drill and cut your dash in addition to installing the cluster. hope this helps.

Here are some very good instructions that I used. The worst part was drilling those two holes for the projector down in the corner of the windshield. Mine came out great and I love it! Good Luck!
