Go with 4.10s!!!
I have the same basic mods you have, plus I also had a head/cam package installed, then I put in the 4.10s. The difference is amazing. The car is much quicker, both from 0-100, and very nice while cruising on the highway - I find I no longer need to downshift as often. Adding 4.10s is one of the most significant performance mods you can do in the $2000 and under category.
If you are definitely planning on adding a supercharger, you may want to go with 3.73s or 3.90s. Otherwise, you should love the 4.10s. Not to say 4.10s won't work with an SC. You'll just need to get used to shifting way sooner, and you'll probably hit the rev limiter many times along the way.
