What % increase are you using?

Sorry it took so long to respond...Vacation.
Anyway, the folks at LPE said to cut off the reostat and solder the wire so that when the pump comes on at 3lbs of boost, the pump runs wide open. Several sources at the time said that it was OK to do that. Cleaner install that way. So far, so good.

after all the time and money spent on this new engine and S/C setup, 100% feels about right.
