HVAC Help needed I think
On rainy days or after when I start my car (99 vert) I hear a whiney noise from under the hood which sounds like the alternator might be going bad or water pump or the air conditioning motor. I've tried puting my ear close enough to each but the sound dose not seem to be coming from them. My vet has 60,000 miles on it and I thought it might be one of the belts but they o.k. This only seems to happen when there is alot of moister in the air, but sometimes I'll make a couple of stops and when I start my car back up the noises disappears.
