Keyless remote programming
I found the following instructions on the web, tried it but it didn't sound the horn, doesn't work. What am I doing wrong?
1) Turn on the ignition, but don't start the engine.
2) Press "Reset" button in order to clear any IPC display warning messages.
3) Press and release the "Options" button on the Driver Information Center (DIC) to scroll through the display options until the IPC display is blank.
4) Press and hold the DIC "Reset" button for 3 seconds until the FOB TRAINING message appears.
5) Press "Reset" once again and it will ask you to hold the "Lock" and "Unlock" buttons on the first remote.

First make sure the battery is OK in the remote.
The instructions look OK, just make sure you press the lock and unlock buttons simultaneously for 15 seconds.
Make sure the passive switch is off.
