Problem with Header install...PLEASE HELP

When I installed mine, I made two small brackets that would hold the front O2 sensors from touching the headers and zip tied the hell out of everything. I recently ordered the converters from LG to use the rear O2's in the front position, and put two ford 18mm plugs in the back hole as filler, I could not find 18mm bolts anywhere. The rear sensors in the front position work better and the back cables are longer then the front to give you plenty of room to route.

at Rev Extreme... im taking my car in to Midas this week to have them remove my cats. When my car was on the lift at chevy to replace the wires, my right side pipes were rainbow color ( overheating according to Supermaxx) My car smells of gas when i drive, and dynamaxx thinks that my right side cat got burned out, and if so offered to replace it for free since it is a new system.
Next vette will get a supercharger and ill skip the cam and headers as im not pleased so far and my car doesn't run smoothly anymore.
