Thank you Brent @ Total Engine Airflow




I've been fighting an idle problem for the past month where the idle hunts around between 800 - 1100 RPM, I've sprayed my entire supercharger and airbridge with starting fluid checking for leaks and found nothing. I finally just chalked it up to tuning since this problem started after I started using HP tuner software to change my timing and shift points, Brent spent a couple of hours trying to get my idle right and finally we both agreed that I must have a vacuum leak some place that the starting fluid wasn't reaching.
Today I found the leak, it's the O-ring that seals the upper and lower manifolds on my Mag, when I seperated the manifolds the perimiter O-ring was broken so now I've got a new set of O-rings on the way, wish me luck
BTW, my car runs extremely strong it just idles like crap and when you start the motor it goes up to 2300 RPM before finally settling down and hunting :mad
