LS1 shortblock pricing.
Where can one buy a stock shortblock? How about a long block? I only have 47K miles on my car but I plan on doubling that in 2 years time. When the time comes for a rebuild which I hope I don't need for a few hundred thousand miles, I want to do it myself and I'm intersted to see how much it costs.

Well, I know you asked for a stock shortblock but I thought I would just give you a option. Our Cheap Street LS1 short blocks go for $2799.00 with core turn in. If I can be of any help just let me know.
