Squeak!!! Help!!

Last Friday car (especially in the rear quarters) developed a sound that is definitely a "squeak." I get it over some bumps and in turns. The car is a 2000 coupe. It has NEVER done this before. My wife was first to recognize it as I was dealing with a 1st to 2nd shift problem. But it is definitely a "squeak" sound - what could it be and why did it start all of a sudden??

I found an annoying squeak in the upper A arm rubber bushings by putting the car on a lift, grabbing the front sway bar and shaking the car up and down. It's still there, but I know where it is at least. Thinking about trying this product ofered on C5 General. Best,

Thanks - tomorrow I should get some sort of analysis done - if no dx then I'll try SpeedX.

There are two small springs that hold the exhaust up just before the transmission and they can squeek as you describe. I lubricated them with anti-seize and the squeek went away.
