About a third of the forum has griped about it. They say it is from lack of use. Either the switch or the door module gets stuck, some have had sucess just working it repeatly until it gives up, other have had to take the door apart. If the info came over with the software change a search might yeild some info for you.

Open the door, hold down the 'window down' button, SLAM the door, repeat as necessary. I think it's the brush tips on the motor that 'corrode' so they won't pass the current to the windings, slamming the door gives them a jolt and 'cleans' them a bit.
