Default Need cam install kit.

Who sells a complete gasket and bolt kit? I'm installing 02 LS6 heads and aftermarket cam in my 99 soon. What head gaskets should I look for?
thanks

Good question, I am doing very similar project, installing 03 LS6 heads and Z06 stock cam in a 00 Vert. I would imagine we would just use stock Z06 GM stuff since the deck surface is the same. I know you can get new head bolts from ARP. In your case, you need to make sure you are running the right springs and the right length push rods for that cam. I don't think it's a matter of a "kit" but instead parts designed for you cam. Talk to your cam manufacturer so you don't screw up the valve lash with that cam. The idea is to "center" the plunger in that lifter body which requires you to customize your installation.

Whats the difference between the older head gaskets and the newer ones?
