Okay, this is confusing because my Z06 has the two tone black and red interior. I have also seen another guy around here that has a blue Z06 and he has the same black and red interior.

You are describing the Mod Red interior - its an optional color scheme for the Z06 interior - not very common though, maybe 20%. Not available on the Z16.
