Headlight half up?? winking eye!

Headlight half up?? winking eye!
Just started yesterday.
When I turn off the headlights the drivers side comes back up half way but the headlight is off.
Anyone else had this problem? What did it turn out to be?

HAH !!!!!!!!!
Found it........
Hard stop for the motor has a push on plastic cap and this was chipped off.
Turned the cap around and bent the stop arm over a little to have better alginment with the cap so it doesn't chip again.
