Today while driving It started to rain so I turned on my parking lights and went to hit the Fog's as a supplement. I looked in the back of the van in front of me and saw only amber? So I looked at the switch and no yellow light so I hit it again and nothing. Then again and I see a faint light but just for a split second?
So I tested it when I turn the alarm off and nothing?
Woould they not come on at all if one is burned out? Would the light on the switch not even come on?
I just can't believe they both burned out at the exact same time.
If you are used to handle electical parts, try to find the relais (in front of the battery) and shortcut (bridge) it. If fogs burn doing this, it may end in exchanging the BCM. The BCM gets the signal from the foglights push button and reacts in grounding the relais and grounding the indicator lamp.
If you need a picture of the wiring diagram just let me know.
No, they come already with parking light.

Mine blew out on the same day.... both of them... that was over a year ago.. I replaced both bulbs and they have been fine since...
well may not the same day.. but I noticed they were both out , when I check toe sockets, they both had power.. and there was no continuity in either bulb.. so I changed them and all is well
