Mine does but I could suggest that you can drill & tap where the hole belongs which should be no big deal... I assume they are installed already though otherwise get a new passenger side header... Your're going to love them!
The EGR was getting yanked anyways, so I could have cared less about the location.
I guess the dipstick tube for the later models actualy uses a header bolt instead of a additional bolt on a port.
What kind of car are you talking about, the C5 doesn't have EGR and if it is a C5 the dip stick tube bolts to the head in between the first and second spark plug on the right bank
I also could not find the 'header' attachment for the dipstick. I attached it to the head next to the fil cap, b/w the first and second header tubes. There is a hole in the head that it will screw into. I also called FLP tech and they said to also do it that way. I had a heck of a time getting the darn tube back into the engine block but once everything was bolted back up it fit perfect. You will love the sound and the increased power. Good luck!

C5, secondary air injection, EGR... .close enough. I got the install done around 2:30 AM. 8 hours including a 1 hour dinner break and several interuptions from other people.
I bought the headers used, and they are the later style, so I was already anticipating the air tubes not to be the same, but didn't even think of the dipstick tube. Problem corrected by ordering the later style setup.
Needless to say it sounds so much better. Will hopefully have dyno times soon.
