I'm sure this is not new but a new experience for us: Security system comes on, brakes, all righthand door. window, door, mirror, traction control is off, shock, tire pressure, etc, all get warnings. Goes into reduced power mode. Car will run & drive. So what gives here? We'll try disconnecting the batter to reset everything. Has anyone else experienced this? Any help or info here would be appreciated.
An update, after disconnecting the battery, down time and reconnection, still getting all the codes, no electrical functions on the right hand side of the car. ie-mirrors, window etc. This must have something to do with the body control module? The alternator is very hot to the touch immediately - maybe this is cooked?

I had the same problem with the dash lighting up like a Christmas tree and the passenger door not operating (lock, window or mirror)
I didn't have time to trouble-shoot it so I took it to the dealer. 3 hours at $80 per, $240.00 bill to find "FOUND CRKT G104 SHORTING TO GROUND THROUGH RIGHT HAND DASH INTO DOOR CAUSING LIGHTS TO COME ON AND RF DOOR IN OPP. TRACED HARNESS BACK BACK INTO DASH AND FOUND CRKT G104 AT INLINE CONNECTOR OPEN. REPAIRED HARNESS AND REROUTE CONNECTOR. TEST DROVE AND CHECKS OK"
Hope this helps a little. Good luck.

Be sure to check the pin connectors in wiring harness of the passenger side door. If this is the problem, then it's a five-minute fix. Try to avoid going to the dealer if you can!
