Moving from H to X-pipe - question
I currently have stock exhaust up to my Stingers but am getting the Supermaxx system with their cats and x-pipe installed on the 26th.
Will I lose my wonderful popping on deceleration?

I've got the Corsa X Pipe bolted to Corsa Indys. Still pops at deceleration around 2000 RPM. If I could, I would let you have all of my popping. It makes me
Just my personal preference.

Yes you will lose the popping but the new cats might be louder overall.

And with the already loud Borlas, that's not necessarily a good thing.

Hiteck,
I replaced my H with an X-pipe and installed hi-flow cats as well. The popping on decel got WORSE! The tech noticed this when I had it dyno-tuned and he just advanced the spark on decel. Now there is minimal if any popping on decel. As dumb as it may seem to you now, I kind of miss it.
Many posts say that the X-pipe solves the popping problem...not so.
