Default Got two codes, what do they mean?

After adding 5% fuel enrichment with my Vinci Programmer, I have two codes, they are:

99 HVAC 0361H - left actuator feedback short to GND
99 HVAC 0441H - left actuator out of range

What does this mean? I reset the codes and they come back. Thanks for any feedback!

They are History codes (H at the end means History, C means Current), clear them and see if they come back. When I program my PCM I get a few weird codes that I need to clear, otherwise they never appear.
