You're going to need more power to get into the 11's consistently. 113 MPH just isn't enough unless you *really* launch hard and have perfect weather.

Cheers,

Mark

I have the same thing. Change to DR for track only. You will get a 'Serv. Tire Sensor' message on the DIC. Hit Reset and it will go away till you start the car again. I'm sure there will be codes as well. The rear tires on the gage buttons will read LR xxx RR xxx. When you put the street tires back on the message will go away and senor will read. I haven't checked but my guess would be there will be some history code logged.
Good Luck on hitting the 11's.

There is no reason you can't use sensors with drag radials.

I have DRs on the car all year with sensors and they are A-OK.

And to the original post, you will get service tire pressure monitoring system codes. They are a pain to re-set all the time- but I can think of worse things.

thanks for the replies. I'm hoping that dynoing 343 hp on a crappy day, hooking up, and the fact that is the average stock hp rate for zo6
that see very low 12's/hi 11's on street tires.fingers crossed.

I ran drag radials with sensors for a while. You will like run the drag radials under 20 lbs which is the point at which the dic will tell you that you have low pressure so you have to click off the warning message every time you run.
