Passenger door lock is acting strange...
My father has a 2003 Vette automatic. He is very impressed with the lack of problems he has experienced. After 25,000 miles, he has only gone back to the dealer for oil changes and minor oil seepage from the trans (it was overfilled by 4 ounces from the factory).
The only thing that is not quite right is the power lock on the passenger door. Sometimes it will not auto-unlock but the driver's door will. If he tries to unlock both doors with the button on the driver's door, the passenger door will not respond. Then, about 10 or 15 seconds later, it will start working normally.
This problem seems a little too repeatable to assume there is a connection problem. It almost seems like a software glitch. Have any of you had problems with your passenger door's lock and un-lock functions?
