Assuming it's the same as a 2000 and is right in front of hte power steering pump/pulley, there are 4 rubber cushion mounts underneath. You need to remove these as well as all the brake lined and the electric connection going to it. You can then pull it out.
When reinstalling, after hooking the brake lines up (make sure you put them back the way they came out. You need to first bleed all 4 brakes, then turn the key on and bleed them again.
I may be missing something but if I recall that's all there was to it. If need, the bracket that holds it can be loosened by getting under the car and removing the 3 or 4 bolts to teh frame as well as an 18mm bolt that goes through teh steering rack. Again, not a big deal.
