just finished puttin heads/cam/intake-valley cover/oil pump in(thanx to Jmx site),loosely put rockers on but forgot to rotate& torque the rockers while the steering rack was out,is there another way of doin it w/out any problems(codes)I more concerned with the valves that are open gettin the correct 22-24lb. ft. of torque?

Pull the fuel pump and ignition fuses and use the starter to roll it over.
tightened them down to 23lb. ft & they seem good but still would like to rotate the engine to make sure ,cant find the fuel pump fuse only 2 ignition fuses(#47 & #50) in pass. area,is it located in same area??
I was able to turn my engine over with a crescent wrench, it's kind of funky on the crank bolt but it can be done, btw unless you adjust the valves by having the #1 cylinder at TDC and adjust certain valves then rotating one full turn to get the #6 at TDC and adjusting the remaining valves it wasn't done correctly
I modified a 24mm socket specifically for the purpose of manually turning the engine over to torque the rockers without moving the rack. I pop it on and use a wrench to turn the motor over. Easy mod to do.
