Default Looking for a little help on DIC Codes

I have a 99 Convt and the dash readout will display the following messages at the turn of the key.

Service Tire Mon. Sys.

Check Tire Pressure

Service Engine Soon.

The car has approx. 59k miles, the tires are checked several days a week since this happened and the cold PSI is 30. I have tried to reprogram the sensors but this effort did not work. There is no pressure readout on any of the four tires at the dash display. I checked the codes and the only current codes are for at the BCM the DRL (B0502, B0507) and a Backup light (B2482) code. At the RFA (Remote Function Actuation) I get "No Comm." which would explain why the sensor would not reprogram (a new key fob will also not reprogram either)

Help would be appreciated.

Thanks

We have the problem isolated and know the fix.
