160 T stat.. Fan settings?

What is the recommended fan settings when installing a 160 Stat?

are you doing it in conjunction with a Hypertech/Predator programmer?? If so it should do it for you.

I'd like to know these fan settings as well. I have LS1 Edit, not one of the others.

I use the Vinci H.P. fan switch it was set at 170 degrees to turn on the fans, just for a backup I used the Vinci Programmer to set the PCM at 190 degrees to turn on the fans. the motor on a summer day stays about 193 degrees which is about the temperature the stock radiator will support. Gary

Fan setting 1: On @ 185, off @ 175. Fan setting 2: On @ 195, off @ 186. Using these settings, mine stays in the 175 to 185 range in the summer, 170 to 180 in the winter.

And no, that's not too cold for the LS1
