Default About set to install mods...

I have a 2000 FRC.

I have a set of LS6 heads (2002) I am going to put on so here are my questions.

When I buy the hardened push rods do I buy them for a 2000 LS1 or for a 2002 LS6 or are they both the same? (using the crane dual spring kit)

I also have a set of headers for a 2000. Will these bolt up to the LS6 heads no problem or do I need to get a set that fit LS6 heads?

I ask these questions now because when I take the car over to have an install done I dont want the shop going uhhhhhh...it dont fit dude you need this or that.

Oh one more thing the heads are going out next tuesday to be ported and polished. The guy doing the heads asked what my compression ratio would be as well as the specs on the cam going in. If I tell him to just clean up the head surface or maybe only take .010 off does anyone have any idea what my compression ratio would be?

Stock pistons in a 2000 LS1 using the 2002 LS6 heads as described above. Thanks in advance for any info.

just finihed a h/c,as far as p-rods if stock uncut heads you should use stock 7.4 rods, the exhaust hookup is the same(ls-1&6),if u shave the heads then youll have to use shorter p-rods.
