Help! Hid's Don't Work
For Those Of You Who Purchased The Hid Kit (specifically The H4 Euro Kit) From Rev Extreme I Need Your Help. I Started The Install Last Night And Could Not Get Them To Work. Only Did The Passenger Side. Checked Both Ballasts And Bulbs, Checked The Fuses And Nothing. Called Matt At Banks Performance And He Said It Sounded As If I Did Everything Correct As It Is Virtually Plug And Play. Was Hoping Someone Could Help As I Am At Loss. Any Input Would Be Appreciated. I Will Checking Back In About 30 Minutesas I Am Leaving Work Now.
Matt At Banks Performance Wanted Me To Let Everyone Know That They Made It Thru The 2nd Hurricane But Are Currently W/o Power So No Internet, Email, Etc. He Said He Will Respond To Everyone That Has Been Trying To Reach Him Once He Has The Opportunity And Thanks All For Thier Patience As They Try To Regroup From The Storm.

Sounds like the ballast or starter may have hit metal and shorted it out...Simply just move the the ballas around and make sure no metal is touching it.

Also check your relays are working as well as that you have very good grounds on the ballasts. mine would intermittantly not work due to once a ground issue and second with a slight moisture problem in the relay housing.

They are working. Just finished up a few minutes ago. I had the plugs in upside down. Don't ask.
