What underdrive pulley to run?

Getting parts together to do cam+head swap and I want to do pulley while its apart.What aftermarket pulley can I run WITHOUT problems or having to cut it down?

I changed to the ASP underdrive pulley, and have no problems with the fit or electricals.

I know I read something about having to machine down the hub so it will clear the timing gear.

When I had my head/cam done on 00 Coupe, the tuner, a very good source in Michigan, said underdrive pulleys will do virtually nothing for HP except waste your $$. I skipped them.This info is backed up with their Dyno tests.
