Default Any difference in performance......?

Going From:
1) TPIS Headers, X-Pipe & Stock Cats to Kooks LT's with their high flow cats & X-Pipe.
2) LS6 intake manifold & stock TB to FAST 90mm intake & NW 90mm TB.
3) 3.42's to 3.90's.

All on A4 heads/cam car with close to 400 peak RWHP before changes. I'm hoping that I will feel a "real world" change in performance in the seat of my pants but that will also translate into better timeslips as well. Best ever run prior to these changes was 12.20 @ 115.5 mph on sstreet tires. Don't know if I'll ever see that time on street tires again, unless maybe when they're brand new. Vette Doctors doing all the work including custom PCM tuning.

Probably not much, but I'm curious to see. A larger converter would give you the best gains.

None of your those three options would strike me as justified.

Carmen at Vette Doctors said that I will notice a big difference in the gear change. The intake & exhaust is about as free-flowing as you can get on a car with cats, so to me that is justified. I like a 2400 stall converter since I like throttle response at low RPM's. I don't want to have to be at 3000+ RPM's before the car will move since most of my cruising is done at below 2000 RPM's. I believe that the car will be as modified as it can get without going with a supercharger or nitrous.

That's not how a 3000+ stall works. My car would be impossible to drive with it's 4000 stall then. It just takes a little more revs to get the car moving. And once your moving, throttle response isn't much worse. Ask Carmen if he has any cars with big stalls next time you're at the shop.
