How many RPM's?

Can you tell me where I can put my rev limiter with my new cam, without damaging the engine?

Where did you put it?

Depending on your springs and how far the cam will flow and make power, I'd say anywhere from 6500-6700.

I have Comp Cams 26918 Valve Springs and titanium retainers.

There will be many different oppinions here. I run mine @6,700. There is a newer timing chain and dampener to consider before you go too high.

I used a little educated guessing when I had my rev limiter set. Since a Z06 red lines at 6,500 and the rev limiter kicks in at 6,800, and the springs that I am using are stiffer than the stock Z06 springs, I figured that it woul be safe to set my rev limiter at 6,800...Oh yeah, I have Z06 heads and the lightweight Z06 2 piece valves also and Ti retainers.
