Default Computer adjustments

If you make exhaust changes like X pipe and cat backs or improve air intake do you have to adjust any computers or will they adjust on their own?

adjust on their own. Becareful with the sensors near the cats; that will result in check engine.

You don't need to retune for cat-back / x-pipe mods. Add some long tubes and a cam and tuning would be very worthwhile.

Running rich is not good. These C5's run rich from the factory and run even richer after some mods. If you have not had a LS1 edit, aka "dyno tune", suggest you do so to increase performance resulting from your mods.
