That's supposed to look like that right? :lol: Looks like I'm gonna have to spring for a new trans mainshaft and a rebuilt diff, if thats all that went wrong. Of course I'm sure it isn't, but oh well :( Thanks to Road Rebel for graciously picking up my car and tearing it apart. Well that's not good

That's supposed to look like that right?

Looks like I'm gonna have to spring for a new trans mainshaft and a rebuilt diff, if thats all that went wrong. Of course I'm sure it isn't, but oh well

Thanks to Road Rebel for graciously picking up my car and tearing it apart. Gotta get this thing back on the road to break more stuff!

hehe I know...what happened to the forum resizing software? Didn't it used to automatically resize?

WOW; I've never seen a faliure on that shaft.

I'd replace the carrier as well... too much work having to take it all apart again.
