DIC Code TWC system, what is it?

Threw my first code today, "P0430 TWC System Low Efficiency Bank Two". I cleared the code this morning and it didn't return for the remainder of my drive to work.

I have searched teh Forum and the Web and cannot find reference as to what a TWC system is....Any help out there? Is this serious bad stuff or not?

I believe TWC might stand for "Three Way Catalyst", or catalytic converter.

The post oxygen sensor(s) are indicating there may be a problem with the CC(s).

Or, and I'm taking a long shot here, since the 'Vette in question is a '03, one or both sensors are drifting out of tolerance. In any event, something like this is definitely emission related, and so therefore is covered under that extended warranty.
