I have a 97 Corvette with dual zone air condition, but cold air only comes out the passenger ducts, outside temp air comes out the driver side ie center duct. I have the tempt set on 60 on both sides but warm air in the center and cold air out the passenger ducts. Please help?

Try this first....worked for me. Pull 3 A/C fuses (Underhood & Floorboard), Start Ignition & Actuator doors should reset.
If you pull the fuse for the A/C unit and replug in, the A/C system will go through an initialization routine and move all internal actuator doors to their extreme Open and Closed positions in order to calibrate the limits. Once you put the fuse back in and turn the key to Start, let the system go through this process (you should hear the actuators doing their thing). Once that is complete, if you still have problems then likely the actuator is starting to go, but I would bet it was just a memory glitch. Good luck!!
Just had the same problemm with an 02 vert. Went through all the fuse gyrations to find out it was a little low on r134a but also the external temperature sensor was bad so the main brain thought it did not need A/C. The external temp sensor was about $8.00 USD. It could be a cheap fix and it did work on mine.... good luck
