I would say no. There's nothing you're adding that the PCM won't re-learn by itself over time. Take the car out and drive it about 50 miles or so at varying speeds and the car should re-learn the change in airflow.
If you were tossing in heads/cam, gears, etc., then yes, a tuning would be in order. However, even if you're not going to make these upgrades, a good tuning will give you an additional 10-15 rwhp just by tweaking the PCM.
But again, a tuning is probably not required with the basic mods/upgrades.

I have done the catback and intake without reprogramming - no issues to report. I understand you start that with headers/cam and such. Intake and exhaust - the computer relearns by itself in about 50 miles. Good luck!
