Default AFR heads and track times

Curious...see lots of new dynos with impressive rwhp for AFR heads with moderate size cams (224-228)...whats really impressive is the rwtq numbers well above 400! ... But I have not seen any post for 1/8th or 1/4 times (?) ... what kind of times are folks getting and what was the improvement over your previous numbers prior to AFRs...thanks.

All depends on the cam, other bolt-ons and track / weather conditions.

At Carlsbad??? aka, the slipperiest track in the west? that's amazing.

I'm amazed you could even get the car down to the track, unless you had a trailer.

I'm still sad that it closed though.

Dave, you need to get a Corvette First, then you can add some heads after that

Get one soon so we can go to Denton to race

Good Luck

Best time

1.993 60ft
8.076 1/8
12.304 1/4
118.87 mph

This was done at Atco last Friday on my OEM RF with 38k miles (hwy). 11's should be around the corner with the proper tire. See my sig power info

Gary...i am still dealing with no ZO6 side-effects...not easy seeing a Viper in mirror and realizing I am driving a Maxima...but i am still gathering info from Forced Induction section and trying to find out if AFRs perform on track...next vette is undecided, supercharged ZO6...H/C ZO6 or SC A4 (C5 or C6)....just trying to figure out what holds together plus spanks Vipers.

BT you need DRs bad! That 60 is pretty good for run flats. Awesome trap speed though!
