I know the tire pressure for the Goodyear EMT's is 30psi "cold". I assume this holds true for any tire on the C5? I just installed Michelin's and want to have the correct pressure.
Thanks.

The question is "Is there a correct pressure" what are the tolerances to achieve correct tire pressure.. are there any variables that would effect correct tire pressure and who on this forum would actually know the correct answer to that question.. ?
OK, let me restate my question. If the handbook calls for 30psi "cold" for the Goodyear EMT's is it safe to assume all other brands of tires on the C5 should be inflated to 30psi "cold" irrespective of any other variables?

No, you have to follow the tires specs on the sidewall.

Sorry but the tirespecs on the sidewall just give max loading at max pressure.
Start at 30 psi cold. Watch the treadwear and adjust accordingly. If the center shows more wear drop a little and the opposite is true if the edges wear faster. But 30 is a good starting point.
