Redline on a Z06 is 6,500 RPM and it should pull cleanly all the way there. When my C-5 was stock, it would always pull cleanly even above the redline until it hits the rev limiter at 6,200. The Z06 rev limiter is set at 6,800.

Z06 redline is 6500, fuel cutoff is 6600.
