Signals, dashboard lights for 2001 help!

Signals, dashboard lights for 2001 help!
I just bought a 2001 model. On three different occasions, the following has happened:
1. The turn signals don't work, either on the dash or outside.
2. The ABS and ?handling lights have come on the dash.
3. The reader screen for the odometer, etc. lists ABS, ?handling; traction control; and other service items scroll through.
The car runs fine; no indication of there being a problem at all.
Now I'm a novice to a Corvette (other than lusting for one for too many years). I'm not that knowledgeable of cars overall beyond the basics. And if I have to speak with a service person, I always want to at least have some options for what is wrong.
If anyone out there can help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated.
