1. The car will run but when I put it in gear and let the clutch out it stalls.
So I can't drive it at all. No codes are coming up.
2. Also the bolt for the oil stick that screws into the header broke off in the header piece and we had to drill it out. So I need to have that piece cut off and have a new one re-welded.

This is correct. the problem that you describe is what happens when the 02 wires are crossed.
Go TO www.ls1howto.com to read about it. He did a great write up of the istallation. He posts here as "JMX".

I think we figured it out. We had to unplug my battery to reach at the bolt that broke off so we could drill it out and when we reconnected it my alarm was messing with us.
But I drove it to home depot and back and now the engine light is on but I think it might be a spark plug wire not on all the way. I've had that problem before and it did the same thing. Either thats the problem or I might need to get it tuned as well.
Lou, is it possible you could send me the piece that is welded to the passenger header that connects to the oil dip stick? Then I'll have someone weld the new one on.
Oh yeah on the way to Home Depot a Honda ricer with all his stickers on his car drove by me real slow and reved up his car...so I did as well and everyone as far as I could see just stopped what they were doing and stared. I love this set-up. I'm sure I'll love it even more when I get everything running and fixed just right.
What support and service. I need a set of those hedders.........
Oh yes you do. With my B&B Bullets they are a lethal combination! Loud as hell!
By the way Lou my brother in law helped me install these and he wanted me to let you know these are the best fitting headers that hes ever installed on any car.
Everything was going perfect until that damn bolt broke off but that had nothing to do with your product that was the bolt that was already in my car.
Thanks to my brother in law Darrell Ciaravino who helped me with these.
