2001 service lights

2001 service lights
I just purchased a 2001 model. It has 23, 000 miles. The following problem is occurring:
1. The turn signal both inside and outside do not work occasionally.
2. When this happens, three service messages appear on the dash board --- service ABS; traction control; and handling control.
3. The ABS and handling control amber lights appear on the dash.
4. The check gauges light appears on the windshield reflecting screen.
The car runs fine. No problems noted.
I am a novice to Corvettes -- and not that knowledgeable of cars beyond the basics. I would like to be able to at least know what the service tech suggests.
Any help would be appreciated.
