2 Separate Questions:
1) What are the slickest aftermarket switches you have seen, and where did you find them? I'd like to make an off/on switch for my a-pillar gauges.
2) Where (other than the yellow wire in the passenger footwell) are good sources of switched 12v power to tap? In particular, directions to a source under the steering wheel would be nice.

That's a good idea. Do you have any places that are good to shop for switches? Summit, Jegs, and Radio Shack had a surprisingly poor selection.
