I may have one lying around because I replaced mine after getting an IAT code. Turned out the sensor was fine and it was the IAT harness that was bad. It's a fairly common problem. Do some searching and you may find something.

Where does the replacement harness plug in? Or does it splice in close to the connector?
It consists of the plug that the IAT sensor plugs into and about 12" of the wires that come out of that plug. You snip the IAT harness wires off about that far back and solder the new harness in/shrink wrap/etc.

Thats what it was, the wires were crack inside the insulation about an inch before the connector. I hooked up the scanner and could watch my air temp change when I would moved the wires around. Since it was so close to the connector, I just pulled the pins out of the connector, trimmed the wires back to a good spot and soldered the wires to the pins. slid the pins back in the connector and deleted the code. Problem solved!
thanks,
