I was checking the error messages in the PCM the other day and I got a P0704 which is the Clutch Switch Circuit. The car drives perfect and there's no indication of anything wrong. Does anybody know what or where this is on the car?
On the floorboard behind the clutch pedal is the clutch switch. Make sure it's not binding or holding on one side or the other and giving the computer a false signal. Looks like a 1/4" tall by 1" wide black "piano key" button switch.

As far as I know this switch is only used when first starting your car. It's part of the safety system that requires you to depress the clutch fully before the car will start. Make sure you fully depress the clutch pedal each time in order to ensure that the contacts are closed. In case you do have to replace this switch it's fairly easy to do and not really very expensive either. HTH
There are two slutch switches. One is the inhibitor switch which makes sure you are pressing in the clutch when starting the car, it's on the floorboard. The other is one that ensures that the clutch is not pressed in while in cruise. I'm betting this is the switch that is throwing the code. I'll also be that your cruise doesn't work right now.
The switch is easily adjustable, it just screws in and out. Take a peek under the dash and you will see it. You may have to remove the lower dash closeout to get a better look at it.
