Unfortunately it's not complete. After you get it to the point in the final picture, you should start sanding from the tip inward with 300, then 600, then 900, then 1200 grit sandpaper. Then it should be very smoothe and satin like. Get some steel wool and use that to get a somewhat shiney surface. Then get some aluminum polish and polish it up and you should get an almost chrome-like finish. I also did the outside. It looks very nice.
