Raise the front end and grab the wheel and try to turn it in and out slightly without using much force.
Watch the tie rod end for movement at the ball stud, I bet you will see some. If you do replace it and get the front end aligned by a good shop.
Mine looked exactly like that after lowering. Alignment shop said toe was out causing tire wear. I asked about why only one tire. On mine it would pull to one side a little, so when I drove I corrected the steering wheel to drive straight. I guess that makes one tire straight and the other off and only wears one tire....
Negative camber is not going to do that unless it is like 20 degrees. The toe is way off. Go to another shop.
you just don't know do you. toe is always equal to both sides. look at the tire. it's just on one side. if it was toe then it would wear across the entire tire. here look at this sheet from hunter engineering. old scan so i'll write it.
CAMBER - improper camber will cause excessive tire wear on the tire edge.
TOE- improper toe can cause major tire wear and increased fuel consumption. a saw tooth wear pattern is typical on front tires. a diagonal wear pattern is typical on rear tires.

I started to get his a few thousand miles after lowering mine on
stock bolts. I took it for alignment and according to their tech, was
well within spec.
I did have a slight toe in of the right rear but I was close to new tires
anyway.
Are there additional specs when we lower our cars?

even lowered you can still use the factory specs. unless you slam it to the ground. just remember in spec doesn't make it right. the factory specs call for -0.7* camber. the factory allows up to -1.2* and they consider it to not wear tires. but like i said, anything after 0.75* any direction will wear the tires in that direction. and driving habits can cause erratic tire wear as well.

Thanks...I'll keep this in mind when I lower my 04.
